On Thursday, May 18, the Multiplayer event of the project TO Switch took place in Trento. This seminar, entitled "Active ageing, challenges for innovation” saw the great participation of more than 40 stakeholders, both in presence and online.

During the first half of the meeting the Intellectual Outputs of the projects have been presented. Initially, Prof. Francesco Marcaletti of the University of Zaragoza, introduced the first Intellectual Output, whose objective was the analysis, re-elaboration and systematisation of the theoretical, methodological and application framework of reference for senior workers and other adults, training in an active or inactive learning situation. Afterwards, four trainers, Elena Povoli, Dominique Richiardi, Silvia Scaramuzza and Valentina Nascimbeni, outlined the development of the project’s Intellectual Output 2, explaining methodologies and outcomes of the local experimentations carried out in Trentino, specifically in Giudicarie and Rendena valleys. Finally, Luciano Galetti, Director of the European Union Resources and Territorial Development Office of the Province of Trento, presented the Intellectual Output 3, that is the guidelines that provide skills, knowledge and values needed to be a good teacher or adult trainer in the digital space.

In the second half of the event, two renowned speakers, Pietro Checcucci and Claudio Maria Vitali, discussed the value of the experience gained on the subject, both at national and European level and the technological innovation and skills of mature workers related to active ageing.

The event ended with a time for discussion, when the stakeholders and speakers had the chance to share experiences and exchange reflections, showing a big interest in the topic and strongly appreciating the work done as well as the results achieved.
